We use incredible aged Dexter beef, the best parmesan you can get, sun kissed tomatoes from Sardinia and Chianti Classico red wine - basically, this is the bee’s knees of lasagna.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 190˚C.

2. Take the cling film and parchment paper off.

3. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown, crispy on top and piping hot in the middle.
